出现一段时期的“社交空窗”，总感觉自己被排除在圈子之外，融入不了主流群体之中，这也是年轻人最容

易感到苦闷的事情。

没有圈子很难。因为人都有社会属性，有交往的需求，现在的年轻人尤其如此，圈子已成为一种结交

同伴、交流信息、沟通感情、休闲娱乐的重要载体。一个稳固的圈子，能带来安全感，在工作之外，得到

感情慰藉。而被排除在圈子之外的人，则常常会有一种孤独感，甚至会有一种不可名状的不安全感。

于是，有的年轻人苦苦求索，或者以加入某圈子为荣；有的是苦寻入圈之门而不得其法，于是终日无

精打采郁郁寡欢；有的则主动出击，组成了自己的圈子，将自己的活动也大多固定在了这个圈子里。

在中国特定的文化背景下，人情社会里，没有圈子怎么行？这似乎是一个约定俗成的看法，但是却常

常忽略了一个更为重要的常识：圈子大不代表能力大，圈子多不表示本事多。事实上，关于进圈子、搞关

系就能成功的传说往往只是传说，很多时候是臆造出来的幻象而已。某种意义上，尽管绝大多数人不愿意

承认，所谓“圈子”很多时候是一种“交换关系”。如果自己拥有的资源不够多、不够好，身处的“圈子”

就会慢慢消失。

把更多的精力放在提升自己上更靠谱些，根基不牢，地动山摇，不长点真本事，不出点真成果，一个

劲只搞关系，钻圈子，结果必然是身在圈子也难以立足。
