【成份】本品为复方制剂其组份为每粒含氢氧化铝140mg维生素U（碘甲基

蛋氨酸）50mg颠茄提取物lOmg。

【性状l本品为胶囊剂内容物为白色或类白色粉末。

【适应症】用于胃十二指肠溃疡慢性胃炎胃酸过多胃痉挛等。

【规格】无

【用法用量】口服。一次1粒一日3次。

【不良反应】1便秘汗少轻微口干老年患者偶可出现视力模糊小便不畅

。2偶见眼痛眼压升高过敏

性皮疹或疱疹味觉异常呼吸变慢以及疲乏无力等症状。

【禁忌l1骨折及低磷血症患者禁用。2对本品过敏者禁用。

【注意事项l1本品有便秘作用偶可形成粪结块。2阑尾炎或急性腹

症患者严格遵医嘱使用。3对阿托品或其

他颠茄生物碱不耐受者对颠茄也可产生不耐受。4下述疾病患者应慎用

(1)心脏病特别是心律失常充血性心力

衰竭冠心病二尖瓣狭窄等(2)反流性食管炎I31胃肠道阻塞性疾患(4)青光

眼{闭角型或潜在型）(5)急性出血

伴有心血管功能不全(6)肝肾功能中度损害．(7)高血压重症．（8J甲状

腺机能亢进（9J重症肌无力I10）严重植物神经

疾病(11)前列腺肥大尿路非阻塞性（膀胱张力减低）疾病及尿路阻塞性

疾病{12）溃疡性结肠炎。5如有破损请勿

服用。

【孕妇及哺乳期妇女用药l尚不明确。

I儿童用药】本品未进行该项实验且无可靠参考文献。

【老年用药l老年病患者在常用量下即可出现烦躁震颤昏睡或谵妄等症状

并容易发生抗毒蕈碱样不良反应

1如便秘口干和尿潴留（尤其是男性）以及诱发未经诊断的青光眼。肠道松

弛无力或已有麻痹性肠梗阻先兆老

年患者有导致完全性肠梗阻的危险。故老年患者慎用。

【药物相互作用】1服药后1—2小时内应避免摄入其他药物因可能与氢

氧化铝结合而降低吸收率影响疗效。2与

西咪替丁雷尼替丁同用对解除十二指肠溃疡疼痛症状有效但一般不提倡

两药在1小时内应用因可使西咪替丁

雷尼替丁的吸收减少。3．与洋地黄苷类同用影响后者的吸收．血药浓度

下降。4与肠溶片同用可使肠溶衣加

快溶解对胃和十二指肠有刺激作用。5与抗M胆碱药物伍用时后者吸收可

能降低而影响疗效因此必须与梅花诗 制酸

药服用时间隔开。6与苯二氮革类药物伍用时吸收率降低。7与异烟

肼伍用时后者吸收可能延迟与减少一

般异烟肼应于制酸药摄入前1小时服用。8与左旋多巴伍用时吸收可能增

加胃排空缓慢者尤其明显。9与尿碱

化药伍用时包括碳酸酐酶抑制药等颠茄排泄延迟疗效和毒性都可因此而

加强。10与金刚烷胺美克洛嗪

吩噻嗪类药其他抗胆碱药扑米酮普鲁卡因胺三环类抗抑郁药筹伍用时颠

茄的毒副反应可能增大。11与

制酸药吸附性止泻药等伍用时颠茄吸收减少疗效减弱二者服用的时间

应隔开1小时以上。12与可待因或美

沙酮等伍用时可发生严重便秘导致麻痹性肠梗阻或（和）尿潴留。13与

甲氧氯普胺伍用时其促进胃肠运动的作

用可被颠茄所拮抗。14与单胺氧化酶(MAOl抑制剂呋喃唑酮丙卡巴肼等伍

用时颠茄在肝脏的解毒被阻断因

而加强了其抗M胆碱作用的不良反应另外这种抑制剂本身也有抗M胆碱作

用。

【药物过量l1超剂量服用可出现眩晕昏厥心律失常或精神症状以及

异常疲乏无力f高镁血症或其他电解质失

调）。2超剂量服用时氢氧化铝可吸附胆盐因而减少脂溶性维生素的吸收

特别是维生寨A。3长期大剂量服用

可致严重便秘粪结块引起肠梗阻老年人长期服用还会致骨质疏松偶见发

生肾硅酸盐结石。

【药理毒理】本品中维生寨U具净化溃疡面及促进溃疡愈合作用。氢氧化

铝对胃内已存在的胃酸起中和或缓冲的化学

反应，可导致胃内pH值升高从而使胃酸过多的症状得以缓解。颓茄提取

物有抗M胆碱作用能抑制乙酰胆碱的蕈碱样

作用。较大量的颠茄也能减少胃肠道的运动和分泌降低输尿管和膀胱的

张力对胆总管和胆囊仅略为松弛颠茄的

止呕吐作用主要在于能降低迷路中受体酌应激素以及抑制前庭与小脑间

神经遗道的传导。

快慢有关。空腹服药作用可持续20—30分钟餐后1—2小时服药时效可能

续时间4小时经肾排泄。
